About kotobuki

Hajimemashite
my name is Yuki and my company is called “Kotobuki”. In Japanese, “Kotobuki” means longevity and celebration. It is also one of the characters of my father’s name. I believe that food is a celebration of life – food is a very important and necessary part of our lives, healthy and good food bring us happiness and longevity; that’s how we came up with the name and concept of our company.

The taste of Kotobuki: Oishii
Here at Kotobuki we work hard to achieve our dream, that being: every time you taste our food, you always have this big smile on your face and say to yourself: “Hmmmm, this is the taste of “Kotobuki” - the taste of great celebration and longevity. Oishiii~”
